I found an apartment! It was not an easy task at all, however, your service provided useful tips and insights. As I am a foreigner, it was even more difficult because in Switzerland (we do not have credit reports and things like that), well at least I got a place without even a broker fee. I had to come up with first and last month's rent and a security deposit. That was not too bad. I found a place at Greenwich Street downtown Manhattan near the World Trade Center. I like my studio apartment, having my own place is nice. I think the Internet is a good place to start looking at some places and collect some basic information. ... To sum up, I think your service was very useful to me and I would recommend it further.

I actually found an apartment and moved in about a month ago. I loved using MLX.com...I came across great leads on your site and viewed many of your listings with my broker. I think that MLX offers SO much more than any other single resource. I have recommended your site to many of my friends. My favorite aspect of MLX is the ability to create a profile and then to receive daily email updates of new listings. It's a very valuable service. I would also like to mention that when I had upgraded to an insider, I had some trouble logging-in and when I called tech support, I received wonderful, friendly service. I had to call back several times until the problem was rectified, and the woman helping me was very patient and extrmemely helpful.
