What is the difference between an Apartment Listing and a Classified?
An apartment listing refers to an actual property. A Classified Ad is often a generic description of several available apartments. MLX's database consists only of listings, actual NYC properties, inputed by NYC owners, NYC landlords, NYC brokers, and MLX's apartment listings department.
