NYC condo and rental apartments - murray hill

Murray Hill coops and rentals found in an area of NYC which runs from East 42nd Street on the north to East 34th Street to the South and from 2nd Avenue to 5th Avenues, are very popular with the newer residents of NYC, the young people coming to the Big Apple after college. Murray Hill boasts a large number of rental buildings some pet friendly, many with doormen and a few even with swimming pools and gyms. Murray Hill also has many cooperative and condo apartments for sale. These coop and condo buildings generally have doormen and are pet friendly. All the way East of Murray Hill is St. Vartan Park, where residents can play with their dogs or children. It is easy to get around town from Murray Hill using one of the many subway lines and buses, if walking or a taxi is not an option. Bars and restaurants catering to younger tastes line Third Avenue. South and East of Murray Hill is Kips Bay.

The most famous residents of Kips Bay are the New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital. The area is home to numerous Doctors and Medical personnel and has an abundance of both rental and condo apartments; of special interest is the I.M. Pei designed Kips Bay Towers, originally designed as affordable middle class rental housing and recently converted to a condominium housing this complex encompasses three square blocks and many of these condos are for available for rent. Second Avenue is also dotted with eateries and bars and there is a major Cineplex here as well.
